The Place To Be!

This was an outstanding property with excellent location and quality. The property is well equipped and well kept. The owner was accessible each time I reached out. The neighborhood was quiet the house was in great shape. There were many activities for our family on site. I highly recommend this property and owner and plan to stay here again when we revisit. We had a wonderful experience!

My son graduated from college this weekend and family came from across the country and the home was perfect! Beautifully appointed. Comfortable and clean. The owner was communicative and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

Great choice!

Home is very open and spacious where it matters for large gatherings. Bedrooms and bathrooms adequately located for privacy. Kitchen conveniently near backyard for easy access for eating outside and enjoying the pool. Would easily rent again if I needed the space for another family gathering. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing Stay

Our stay in this house was fantastic! It's exactly as pictured and set up really nicely for a large group of adults. Communication with the owner was great and he was very quick to replace the coffee maker and help us figure out how to heat the pool. The pool was amazing and we spent a lot of our weekend in the backyard. The house included a lot of extra bonus items that are great for group activities like a ping pong table and cornhole boards. The location is awesome, definitely walking distance to Grant Park and the Zoo, and a short drive to other areas downtown. We felt safe in the neighborhood, especially with the smart locks on the doors and cameras installed outside of the house. Highly recommend this VRBO!

AMAZING place

This house is incredible. We were a group of 4 parents and 4 15-year old boys in town for a baseball tournament. The rooms and bathrooms were such that each family had their own space and the common areas were amazing for hanging out - Both in the house and outside. The back yard and pool were a little oasis. The house was stocked. So many plates, etc. as well as games, poker chips, pool floats. We didn’t have to get anything. The house is located right on the corner of Grant Park which was great for walks. If you are looking for a place in Atlanta - highly, highly recommend. Host communication was great too. We didn’t have any issues requiring attention but he reached out to make sure we weee enjoying everything, which was really nice.

Beautiful House

This house is beautiful and large! I wish there had been little more communication on the house and how it works. There was no physical manual, and when I asked host how to use the hot tub I didn’t get a response all weekend. Otherwise was a lovely house!
