Cool place

Great party in the heart of the city right next to everything it gets a little loud at night but its ok my only issue with the property was the lack of tv's

Great Property

This was a very nice and clean property. A little confusing on getting in and would have loved some more communication from the owners but all around worth it!

No contact from owner after phone call

Reading the reviews of others was helpful. When it was mentioned that the kitchen was not well appointed, it was very true. Wine glasses, no opener, coffee pot, filters, no coffee, no water bottles. Because the area is not nice, it would’ve been great to have a couple basics when we got in late. Called them, no return contact the entire weekend. The place is cute but the road noise is loud and it would not be safe to walk at night.

Perfect house and location for guys trip

Great location, loved the rofttop deck. Lots of stairs, beds had some issues. House was immaculate and host was in constant communication.

Easy access to Convention

Everything was spotless. Very well maintained and organized, all you need is there. Ad pictures are truthful. We took a quick Uber ride to and from Mercedes-Benz Stadium easy to get there. Owners very kind and excellent communication. Thank you

Birthday celebration

Thank you for an amazing MLK /Birthday weekend !! One of the best times we had while being in the A!! We loved our stay and would definitely come back!! A+ for cleanliness and convenience to everything. Despite the snow (flurries) which the south can’t handle!!(we are New Yorkers )we were still able to make the best of a snowy day!! Thanks again!!!

WONDERFUL HOUSE!!

House was wonderful, updated, very clean. Could have used a few more cooking accessories as we had to try to make due with what we had. Neighborhood isn't the greatest but we also never felt unsafe. All in all I would recommend this house to someone looking for a nice place to stay very near downtown Atlanta.

Nearly Perfect

I found this property to be pretty exceptional. It is exactly how it is listed. My favorite part was the rooftop. Great place to sit and talk with friends. The house is pretty centrally located. I didn't have to travel very far for anything. The only thing I found the place needed was an actual working TV. There was no cable and the tv was not a smart one. If they invest a few bucks into that, they'd be stellar in my book!

So fresh and do clean

This property was incredibly clean. Even the blankets smelled dryer fresh. I’m really weirded out by hotels and communal type spaces, but I felt like I was at a home away from home. Centrally located for our events and family visits. The hosts are phenomenal, we thank you!

Very clean property, close to downtown

The house is very clean, exactly as advertised. It's close to most attractions in Atlanta. The owner was very quick to get back to us whenever we had a question. We stayed there for four days and really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Home

Overall, the home and stay were excellent! The home looks exactly like the pictures and it was very clean inside, exceeding our expectations. There was enough space for everyone to kick back and relax. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean as well as super soft towels in each bathroom. The only small things I'd provide feedback on (which are certainly not deal breakers) was the super limited orientation of channels...not even the basic channels came through....again, not a deal breaker. ..the water pressure seemed very low. Having access to the garage was a wonderful addition! Lastly, the rooftop deck was simply amazing 👏🏾.. My daughter lives in Buckhead and we visit very often..I think thus has quickly become one of our new favorite places..

Great place to stay

This place is very nice and convenient as it is located near everything. The garage was also very useful to park one car. It took me a day to get used to pulling in but overall the place was nice.

Creepy Text

The space was really nice, a lot of steps if you have heavy luggage. Everything was fine until the owner texted me and wanted to confirm if I was having a party (which I wasn't) trip was for 2 best friends birthday and I had family who lived in town and stopped by. The "Hello neighbor" intro ending with a threat to terminate contract from text lead me to believe I was being watch and made he feel very uncomfortable with after that I couldn't fully enjoy my vacation.

I’m in love. Best place!

The experience was amazing. The area was great with really no noise. It was close to a lot of places, more like 5-15 minutes, which is perfect. The place was modern and comfortable. The detail about the tight driveway space is true but it’s not too bad. The rooftop view is beautiful, especially at night. Overall, this a perfect house and I will gladly come back again every time I visit Atlanta.
