This was the perfect place to stay for our event. It was within easy walking distance of transit, tons of great restaurants, and city flavor. It is an older apartment with older furniture - and it's definitely not fancy, but it was very functional.

Nice stay, convenient to everything

We have stayed in Peachtree Towers several times. It is close to everything, easy walk to America’s Mart. Air Conditioning worked great, bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. It’s downtown ATL, so it can be interesting - Saturday night is always loud. Owner was very responsive, we appreciated the communication.

The absolute worst

Too sum up my awful experience while staying at this property.... The microwave had leftover grease and juices in it, there were also chucks of meat and noodle dried on the inside of the microwave door. When I looked inside of the freezer to get ice, the ice tray had frozen orange drink in a few of the tray slots. There was also a brown and black substance around the freezer door which wiped off with hot water and cleaning basic solution. In the bathroom there was a blue substance around the inside of the tub, there were no wash cloths but six different irons throughout the air BNB. The floors were dirty which I also had to clean myself, and when I reached out to the property manager it took several hours before I got a response. When they finally did respond they attempted to move me and my husband halfway through the second day of our three day stay. When I asked for a refund they again took several hours to respond and I had to pull teeth to see how much was gonna be refunded. I was only refunded less than a night's worth of a stay.... Please don't use this room/company because they are not efficient or good at communicating with.

Great location and apartment

This place was close to the city and perfect for visiting downtown. Everything is as described and clean! Communication was very easy and my host was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Good Stay

We had a good weekend stay at this property. It is a great downtown location (within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and a CVS). The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the property. When we arrived, the door was wide open with items around that suggested the cleaning person was in the area, but nowhere to be found. Someone else had to find her and then clean sheets/towels were put out. The bathroom/kitchen were clean, but other areas were not. I had to specifically ask for the table in the living room to be cleaned even though she had just moved all of her personal belongings from it. However, we were still able to enjoy our stay.

Good stay

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager as well. There were only two downfalls which were that you have to pay for parking and the ac/heat is controlled by the building manager, but they were not life altering circumstances. Overall, it was a nice stay!
