Disappointed

I find it interesting how communication has increased in matters of departure. I had a question about the property prior to my my arrival regarding the check-in process. My question was disregarded and left unanswered. I had to discover the process by merely showing up and asking the concierge. He luckily was able to to make contact. However, if he had not, I would have been left waiting for someone to conveniently contact me. The parking "situation" should be clearly defined. I was completely taken aback and disappointed honestly, the pictures are misleading and the poor communication has created an uninviting experience.

The property was filthy and in disrepair. Hair in the kitchen dishes and elsewhere, trash on the patio, stains all over the furniture and shower curtain, trash was even inside the heating unit (a discarded Snickers and possibly someone's undergarments?). Three outlets didn't work, including both near the bed. I notified the host upon check-in, sent photos, and they never sent anyone to clean or fix anything. Their communication was terrible and I had to conference call them with VRBO, where they hung up. Issues remained unresolved the entire stay. I asked to speak to the owner instead of the terrible management company but they refused to put them in contact.

Not good for allergies

It was not in the best location, but the unit was “ok.” I have allergies so all the dust and dirty tub made my sinuses react. I wouldn't recommend this to my friends or family.

There was a issue during check-in that the reservation wasn't entered into the computer properly for the Concierge could see it. Took over 2 hours to correct.

I liked the convenience to Atlanta Mart, which is why I booked it 😊 Didn’t like that it didn’t have a coffee maker / Kurieg in the room. Brought everything with me to have some . Also, right beside liquor store, which had 5 homeless/ drunk fellas hanging around a lot of the time. They would harass everyone that walked past!

Everything about checking in was quite smooth. For events I was attending downtown, this was ideal. No parking but a lot is perhaps a block away ($25 a day). The apartment was clean. Probably best for 4 but could accommodate 5. Comfy beds. A doorman is on duty at all times. There is a liquor store right at the property that attracts some sketch folk, but I never felt threatened. I'd certainly stay again.
