This has by far been the worse experience I’ve ever had on vrbo. The host didn’t provide many pictures on the listing because of how it looked in reality. The home looks as if it hasn’t been maintained in YEARS. There was dirt and leaves in the house. There was an infestation of black ants. There was an unknown pill on the main bedroom floor as well as stains on the bedding. The second bathroom in the house had not been cleaned at all, there was a reddish yellowish stain on the toilet seat, used soap bar in the shower, and dirty tissue and an unknown brown substance on the floor. In the kitchen, there was empty coffee creamers inside of a jar set up as if it was on display. The one trash bin outside was full, so there was no way of getting rid of trash. Me and my big sister had to buy our own cleaning products to clean the house because the host couldn’t get anyone to come by and clean it properly. Host offered to give full refund back and suggested that I find somewhere else to stay, however there is no bnb that would allow you do a same day booking and check in. I asked if I could get a partial refund being that me and my family only option was to stay at the home and we had to clean it ourselves, but I never heard back from the host. Whatever you do, please do not book this bnb. I have never left anyone such a terrible review, but this booking was very disappointing and unacceptable.
