Welcome to your dream home! This charming ranch-style residence with 2 bedrooms, 1 office and a fully updated bathroom, this home is designed for comfort and style. The stunning kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting stainless steel appliance. The exterior is just as impressive. Wide steps lead to a lovely front porch, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee. This home is surrounded by a variety of work, live, and play attractions. Emory University & Healthcare is a short drive away.

This charming ranch-style residence offers the perfect blend of classic appeal and modern upgrades. With 2 bedrooms, 1 office and a fully updated bathroom, this home is designed for comfort and style. The stunning kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting stainless steel appliances, sleek white shaker cabinets, and luxurious stone countertops. The exterior is just as impressive, with a gorgeous new entryway that welcomes you home. Wide steps lead to a lovely front porch, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee. This home is surrounded by a variety of work, live, and play attractions. Emory University & Healthcare is a short drive away. A vibrant downtown area filled with restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, and cultural events.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

Please note the following important information before booking:

It's in an older, more developed and quiet residential neighborhood, about 8 miles from downtown.

This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, towels, and rags will be provided. We do not provide soaps, shampoos, etc. ever since COVID.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets-friendly property for up to 2 pets, none over 50 lbs. Pet fee applies.
