This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The property is a 3 story townhouse located 5 min from the expressway 285/75 , Cumberland Mall, The Battery, Coca Cola Roxy Atlanta, Truist Park, Jonquil Park, & The Braves Stadium. It’s a 30 min walk from property to the Braves Stadium. I would like to consider it more of a hotel stay. It’s has all the amenities of a hotel. It’s a nice, quiet, peaceful space. I don’t really have a lot of rules except common courtesy. This is a basement apartment. It’s a three story townhouse, and I occupy the first two floors.

I stayed at This Special Place while visiting Atlanta for Blade Show. The property is only 7 minutes drive from Cobb Gallerea, so it was perfectly located. The land lady Tracy was extremely friendly, helpful and communicative. If you're the type of person who likes beige and boring decor.... Then this probably isn't the place for you. I would best describe it as quirky and eclectic. The cloud ceiling is an especially fun feature.

Really close to the Braves Stadium, shops, and restaurants. The host responded quickly and made the check-in process easy. The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hospitality

The host was very kind and super friendly! The residence was very charming, clean and comfortable! Great location if you plan on seeing the braves play; only 2 miles away from the stadium. The host also made sure we were comfortable during our stay which added to the exceptional experience. Would definitely book with her again!
