“Very clean and peaceful setting. Convenient to area stores and downtown. A little more info on where AC system thermostat and all other appliances info was would help.”

It is quaint, clean, and the host, Jean, is an outstanding host. Very friendly and accommodating. I'm always sad when I miss my window to rent it for "me and my gal's "rights of spring"!”

“We traveled to Fernandina Beach to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a short stay. We booked this property because my daughter was bringing friends and the bed situation in this house was just right. My daughter was able to stay with her friends in one bedroom while I had the other bedroom. There was also space in the main part of the house for a queen size air mattress. The house was very clean and as pictured in the listing photos so we were happy. We also enjoyed a couple of the features……

“View and beach were beautiful. Beach was not crowded. The host who lived on the property was very cordial. Pet friendly I would have liked to see some things cleaner. The cottage was located directly on A1A and the noise was loud while trying to sleep. The stairs leading into the cottage would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Overall we had a great stay.”

“We had such an amazing stay. The property is like new and in pristine condition. The owners provide a lot of little extras, including snacks, beach, chairs, towels, and an umbrella. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance.”

“The property was very nice! Two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were in town for a wedding so we had a very quick trip. The back had a great space to relax since it was cooler w were not able to use the pool. About 10-15 mins to the Neptune beach are with lots of restaurants and shops! The wedding was in Kathryn Abby Hannah state park. There are lots of activities/ rentals , and public beach in the park. We had a great time and would come back she. We can stay longer.”

“The property was adorable and close to restaurants and the beach. There was plenty of room for the two of us. It was peaceful sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the mornings and everyone was friendly.”

“Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property.”
