“We enjoyed our time! The home was very clean and well stocked. Its beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean is wonderful. We would love to stay again, except the beds were extremely uncomfortable. While everything is impeccably done it’s very important that mattresses are comfortable! Putting memory foam on top of bad mattresses does not make for comfort. It’s our only complaint because everything else was so perfect!”

“The unit was clean and had all the amenities you would need during your stay. The unit is nicely decorated and walking distance from the beach. Parking was easy in our own designated spot. The grounds were so pretty with the oak trees and the azaleas blooming. Communication was fantastic, we would definitely stay here again!”

“We were in town for a very brief stay and didn’t want anything opulent but didn’t want to bum it either! This condo was perfect for us. It was cozy and clean and had anything we needed. The beach wasn’t crowded and there is a perfect view of the sunrise on porch. We had lingering coffee in the mornings and charcuterie lunch on the outdoor patio. A very short drive to grocery and less than ten minute drive to out of this world dinners! We had Lagniappe and Espańa. Both were delightful. Lastly,……

“The property was very nice! Two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were in town for a wedding so we had a very quick trip. The back had a great space to relax since it was cooler w were not able to use the pool. About 10-15 mins to the Neptune beach are with lots of restaurants and shops! The wedding was in Kathryn Abby Hannah state park. There are lots of activities/ rentals , and public beach in the park. We had a great time and would come back she. We can stay longer.”

“This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street.”

“It is what it is.......if you want a 5 star resort, look elsewhere, its a beach house. Communication was good, place was clean. It was a little odd having the owner right upstairs, but they werent very intrusive. You cannot see the beach, but it only 30 or so yards to walk to. Overall, satisfied.....”
