Beautiful, newer construction 3 Bed, 3 Bath Poolside Home with direct ocean views from all 3 floors. This house is entertaining paradise and great for groups up to 8. Located at the Atlantic Beach Circle, this new development, The Lookouts, is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and conveniences, all just steps away.

- Whole home audio with integrated speakers on second and third floors - Bluetooth enabled.

- Open kitchen / living layout on second floor

Wonderful stay. The location was great, close to restaurants and a very quick walk to the beach. The house was clean with everything in good working order and instructions were easy to follow. The vacation home is cozy and welcoming, and in an excellent location. The kids had a blast at the beach, the swimming pool, and even the balcony, which has a satisfying view. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow, and the host responded to messages promptly. We will come back.

The only issue we had was how long the washer/dryer combo took to complete a load of laundry. That is in no way a reflection of the house or the host. Excellent communication with the host beforehand and very nice, clean house. The washer/dryer combo was just a pain. A regular stacked unit would be much nicer in my opinion.

This was our third time staying at this property and it truly feels like a home away from home. We absolutely love the house and everything it offers. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and close to restaurants. The home is always well-stocked with everything we need including towels, linens, dishes, and more. Memorial Day Weekend

The location is fantastic! Our high schoolers had the first floor and easy access to the beach with stuff to do. The place was well stocked and having the pool was a great bonus. AB is really close to Morehead City and Beaufort for afternoon trips.
