「We were in town for my wife to get treatment for a serious respiratory illness.The A/C vents had visible mold showing and the smell of mold was present. The furniture was not the same as in the listing and the listing can only be described as deceptive. I spoke with the host who was rude, argumentative and generally unhelpful. We did not stay at the property and found a nearby hotel for stay. Absolutely would not recommend!」

「I stayed in this building last year and liked all of the amenities that it offered. This stay was much different. I loved the fact the unit was ocean side. I liked the set up much better. The solid wall between the bedrooms and closets in both rooms was very convenient. Shastri reached out when we got there to see if we needed anything. They also reached out to let us know when there was an issue with the internet. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest...

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
