“not bad for a $100 per night hotel but the rates we paid for what we received was not acceptable, the hotel us under construction so the reception desk is a table and chairs in a hallway, drinks were served from a fridge in the same hallway, our room was separated from the room next to us by a door that might as well have not been there. We could hear everything they were talking about even could smell their deodorant and i have no doubt they were experiencing the same as we were. Bathroom was……

“very clean with wonderful ocean front room and great service. Parking fee charged but no valet and beach /pool towels have to be signed out and are threadbare. There are also no beach chairs/umbrellas provided by hotel- they must be e rented from a concession and cannot be charged to your room. Minor inconveniences but surprising for a beachfront hotel. Overall, a nice stay”

“Room wasn’t cleaned properly upon arrival, and we had to call to request housekeeping. The floors weren’t vacuumed or wiped down, and there was still hair in the shower. Shower faucet valve was old and hard to pull up. The staff was friendly and responded quickly to address the issue, which we appreciated. However, for the price, the hotel brand and high rated reviews, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and had a good variety of options. A 2-minute walk……
