「Elevator is broken, very outdated, carpet is filthy, linen is thin and old. TV doesn't work. Room key didn't work and with no elevator we went up and down 3 times only to check out because the toilet didn't flush. The towels were thin as sheets. It wasn't as advertised. Children were playing in the stairwell (workers family members) 」
