Car preferred or bike, but ride-sharing also ok as the town is a Uber/Lyft friendly.

• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.

• Absolutely no pets

• All staying or non staying guests must not exceed 4 during the entire stay due to fire and safety ordinances. This will be verified prior to guest entry, throughout stay & upon checkout. $200 fine per person detected

• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.

• Kids of all ages are welcomed, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture. You will need to supply your own and please be responsible of all underage children.

• No smoking (cigarette, cigar, marijuana and/or vaping) of any kind inside the property. Detection monitors inside the unit. $250 smoke remediation deep clean charge for damages, immediate cancellation and guest removal from property. Smoking permitted outside in designated areas 10 feet away from any entrance.

• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident

• No events, no house parties, no after prom/senior week rentals, or bachelor/ bachelorette style parties. Any unauthorized event or party is grounds for immediate cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises.

• Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM (50 decibels). Decibel detection monitors located inside the premise. Violation of noise ordinance will be met with a warning. Failure to heed warning(s) may result in cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and/or physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises.

• Please remove shoes.

• Beach sand must be removed by outside shower or outside hose prior to entry. Do not spray aerosol suntan lotion inside the house.

• All guests are encouraged to purchase travelers insurance and must review cancellation policy prior to booking.

• Please understand this is not a hotel. This is a condo complex with strict rules focused on family oriented stays. Please respect the other owners to ensure community's use & enjoyment.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this rental. It was clean, beautifully decorated and so close to the beach. My daughter with my grandchildren spent the day and friends who live close came by for dinner. We had plenty of dishes and glasses, beds were comfortable and the AC worked great ! We would definitely come back.

Convenient and comfortable

This was the perfect space for my family of 4 to enjoy the beach where I spent my childhood. It was great that all of the beach stuff needed to enjoy a day on the beach was right there for us. Parking was convenient (which is always a challenge on the island). My childhood was spent on 10th street beach, and I was delighted to find that 42nd street beach has no greenheads or WaWa sub-thieving seagull activity. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was convenient, and we enjoyed walking to get some ice cream. We will definitely be back.

We were here for a few days while our daughter was attending orientation at Stockton. While the weather was not ideal, we did get to the pool and beach for a bit. Still very relaxing to watch movies in the condo. We will book with this host again.

Perfect getaway

We had a great visit and enjoyed staying here! The condo is exactly as pictured and the hosts go above and beyond with the amenities offered and little sundries that you don’t typically see included in a rental. Easy to communicate with for any questions you may have during your stay.
