Booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. Was given a glade plugin at checkin. $15 park a day in a BAD LOCATION. Homeless all around, prostitution, drugs and filth. As I was going to my room it was actively being cleaned. I had to wait 10 mins, and then go back to the front desk as the room was still filthy. Requested immediate refund and would only be refunded for 2/3 nights. If you want to be mugged, robbed or have the trill of staying somewhere completely unsafe and unclean, this is your spot.

Despite being in a rough spot of town, staff was friendly. It appeared they were updating some rooms. Room smelled a little funky. Beach and boardwalk were a stones throw away. Would not necessarily recommend staying with young children. But we were never bothered. By other guests or people in the neighborhood.

Convenient for the Boardwalk and located close to Resorts, I was impressed by this property. Room was clean and well lit. Both room and bathroom appeared to have been recently refurbished. Checkin was efficient and staff friendly. Little external noise and the outside areas were clean and well maintained.
