「Started when we arrived. Sidewalk and steps weren’t shoveled and so slippery. Got inside and the toilet and shower couldn’t use bc the pipes I believe were frozen. Called the maintenance line, spoke with a gentleman that said they couldn’t come out that night but would call first thing in morning to come and fix. Never got a call. Messaged the owner of property never heard back from him about the situation. 」
