「I hadn't heard from the owner/manager prior to the day of our vacation and I thought they were being very careful about giving out a code or key location to check-in. I continued to monitor my emails for check-in instructions but nothing came. Finally I called and inquired and someone said they would get back to me. Then I got a notification that our reservation was cancelled, literally one hour before check-in. They said the previous renter did damage they had to repair but we got no heads up...

「The apartment location is great. The beach is really not far and there is a grocery and dollar store just beside. It is on a busy street but that was not a problem. We enjoyed the apartment, it was nice and clean. The host was very responsive and professional. We did face a few annoyances though. The main one was the lack of room and chairs at the dining table.
