「Can't say enough about this property. From the welcome by Abdula at the secure gate, we were whisked inside for mint tea, then taken on a guided tour around the property. This is an amazing beautiful home shared with guests. Very quiet due to it being the low season, but we were made to feel at home. Was a nice feeling to hear the gate click shut behind you after the chaos of the Medina. Enjoyed the pool area which has a lovely view over the hillside. Property has a lift which was great...

「A place that feels like home away from home. Love this place.」

「The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. 」

「Very warm welcome from the staff when we arrived. We was quite hungry and we ordered Pastilla. It was freshly prepared is totally delicious, though it's not cheap but worth trying. We also had dinner there. The dinner set is good and big but not all of them fit our taste and sorry for the waste. They served slowly and we had time to enjoy. The room is very clean and spacious for 2. It's a bit walking to the Medina but it's not so hard to recognise the route. 」

「The elevator is not working well」

「Great place to stay, equiped kitchen, large living room, nice bedrooms, we would have been happy to stay longer here」

「The property appears quite run-down and is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. The washrooms are in very poor condition, with several broken fixtures, and some of the curtains in room are torn. The elevator buttons are unreliable and often need to be pressed several times before they respond. Communication can also be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency. At breakfast, the dishes were not labeled, even though I noticed the food labels stacked nearby...
