I was given a different place, a townhouse unit with a broken screendoor, defective hot water service, 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and a stinking drainage. I booked 2 rooms for two families. “True/Facts: Our Room on the second floor does not have a working phone. It looked like a props/toy phone only. Very difficult for someone who is physically challenged with underlying conditions because if you need serv you have to walk down the stairs to go to front lobby. Management was informed but the service request was dismissed as unimportant. “What Could Be Improved: There wasn't any soap or toilet paper provided. I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night). There was a check-in delay due to confusion on WhatsApp, but owner got much better with using WhatsApp for remainder of stay. Only one towel and a small thin blanket……

“BE WARN, DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE PICTURES THAT YOU SEE, this place is horrible! In all the oh so many countries I've been to, I would say this is the worst place I've stayed. The first room that was given to me has a disgusting sink area. I woke up in the middle of the night with tons of flies and ants falling from the ceiling and hundreds more crawling on the floor.
