Cosy, rustic single-family house "Le Querce", surrounded by trees and meadows. 10 km from the centre of Atri, 22 km from the centre of Pineto, 20 km from the centre of Roseto degli Abruzzi, on a slope, 18 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 700 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, courtyard, swimming pool (above ground) (4.3 m diameter, depth 115 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 12.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 150 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 10 km, railway station "Roseto degli Abruzzi" 22 km, sandy beach "Pineto" 20 km pebble beach "Scerne" 18 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Local sale of farm products. Basketball basket and dog pool available.

Kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer) with dining table and dining nook. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 6 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, Scandinavian wood stove. Exit to the garden. Bath/shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free).

L'annuncio non rende abbastanza
La proprietà è secondo me mal presentata. Dall'annuncio non si riesce a capire fino in fondo la magia e la perfezione di questo luogo. È molto più ricca di comfort e servizi di quanto uno si possa aspettare. I proprietari sono due persone fantastiche. Purtroppo nel mezzo della vacanza mi si è rotta l'auto e ho dovuto chiedere di poter prolungare il soggiorno di 2 notti. I proprietari anche in questo caso si sono rivelati estremamente disponibili e pronti ad aiutarci. Due persone davvero squisite. Consiglio a tutti una vacanza immersa nel verde (il giardino è molto più grande di quanto sembri) e in totale tranquillità presso il Casale Le Querce.
