"Absolutely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We moved here from another luxury brand hotel after coming for dinner and drinks, and were completely blown away — so much so that we changed our stay. The hotel is spotless and beautifully new, with stunning amenities. The infinity pool is fantastic, and the breakfast selection is huge. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Everyone was exceptional, especially Tuan and his team in Gatz, Nipun at reception, and DJ Groove Rider, whose music in Gatz created a brilliant atmosphere. The rooms are outstanding. We had a beautiful double-aspect room with views of both the sea and the city. Everything felt fresh, modern, and incredibly well appointed, and the bathroom was exceptional. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. A truly brilliant hotel — we will definitely be returning and wholeheartedly recommend it."

"Huge modern room, great location and staff were very helpful. Shower was fantastic nice hot water and great pressure. It felt like everything was new in the room. Tv still had the plastic on (never used it) A/C worked as expected etc."
