「Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist gut, nur beim Frühstück war es etwas eng und die Auswahl war nicht besonders groß. Dafür war der Kaffee gut.」
