「This hotel was an absolute shocker. The room was run down, both showers were mouldy, and the noise was so bad I didn’t sleep at all. The heater didn’t work in the bedroom, and in the middle of winter they expect guests to use a thin blanket instead of a proper doona. Basic essentials weren’t even provided — no tea towel, no coffee machine, and no milk pods in the fridge. It felt like the bare minimum wasn’t even attempted.
