"For a so called 5 star hitel wde are very disappointed. For what we paud for Club access to have evening canapes which were awful. Very poor quality & not edible. The buffet breakfast is awful. Kept ssrvjng fruit, danish from 2 days prior. Did not clean used plates off our table & quality of food sub par. Have stayed at other 5 star hotels recently which this one does not even compare. The hotel needs to be renovated & i would only give it 3 stad at best."

"The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We had no cold water when we showered. Made it difficult to get in the water. We ate at the restaurant for dinner. The food is a little pricey but it was good. The shuttle was nice to have but we returned our car before our stay as we had an early flight. Instead of just telling the shuttle driver- who was at the hotel and heading to the airport- to pick us up, we had to return the car and then call the hotel and wait for the driver to get back from the airport to then come back and get us. So we needed up waiting almost 30min to get picked up. Otherwise the room was clean and beds were comfy. "

"Old. Needs updating. Small rooms and they claimed the mattress was a queen size bed. It was not. A double at most. I’m tall and my feet hung over the edge. "
