The listing should be removed. The ‘owner’ is a scam artist. Didn’t even get to see the stated accommodation as he sent me somewhere else for a few days then stopped responding. I have lodged a formal dispute in Auckland Court for a full refund which has been successful. I am now waiting for my money back from him. The app you have is also terrible and too difficult to try and lodge a complaint.
