“Although hotel has jsut renovated, there is no shampoo provided in the room, it's by request! No hair dryer, no hanger provided, no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The facility is poor. Hotel staff is not very helpful.”

“Rainwater was seeping in through the window and wetting the air conditioning unit, causing it to shut down. The breakfast service was severely neglected; there was absolutely no one there to replenish the food, despite the fact that many families were waiting to be served. Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are.”

“So nice to have a hotel as part of the hospital. We travel several states away for my son’s medical care at Ochsner. The room was very clean and comfortable, pool and spa are well maintained. Lots of amenities. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. ”
