Nice boutique hotel, 3 blocks from st Charles streetcar. Good location from Tipitina’s and magazine street. Away from bourbon street but easy to get to. Room was good, coffee good. Have to request housekeeping. Wasn’t sure how to operate the heater but figured it out. Quiet neighborhood

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location, nice bar and coffee shop and extremely friendly staff. The only downside was the room was very small for a family of 4, the beds were not that comfortable and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. We may have just been unlucky with the room we stayed in.

We enoyed everything at this quaint hotel. Very clean. Wonderful staff. "Blue" was quick to answer questions about the area and fix us up with food or drink. The other staff were just as nice. Could walk to trolley in 8 minutes. Neighborhood was pleasant with one exception. So not bad. We also loved the tropical patio area. !!

Room was kind of small but very clean. Amenities are limited, although this is more of a boutique hotel as opposed to a chain establishment. There is a bar attached to the hotel or is it a hotel attached to the bar? It's quite nice and has a funky atmosphere. The bartender acts as the front desk.

Excellent customer service with check in and allowed late check out. Street parking was free and the neighborhood was mostly quiet. The room was as advertised, clean and with full amenities along with a cafe/bar on site. I would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind a short commute to the French Quarter.

The Marsh Hotel is a small hotel in a residential neighborhood. I was allowed a very early check in. The room was clean , well equipped and functional. The main reception area also serves as a coffee shop and bar. People who demand luxurious amenities will be disappointed but The Marsh Hotel provides nice rooms so let NOLA provide the excitement

This is probably gonna be my go to from now on. It's so quaint and relaxing. There is parking on site along the street which is such a plus. The staff is tremendous. The rooms were small, but clean and bed was comfy. Love it here!

Friendly staff and convenience

We really enjoyed our stay here. The coffee shop/bar was great with cozy spots to chill in the common areas. The employees were super friendly and helpful. Parking was free and easy. We would stay here again.
