“This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. Our hot water had issues the 1st day, the hot water ran cold within the 1st 20 mins and that's how I met Tyler. I promise he is a……

I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. “The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

And half the lights in the room didnt work.The pillows were very dirty, black hair on the towels and blankets, sheets had lipstick marks, and dirt on them. The toilet was very nasty when asked about moving rooms they put us into a king when i booked a double queen, i then asked for a clean room that was a double queen and they put us on the 3rd floor which was under construction with a mess as soon as u get out of the elevator.
