There was hair in multiple places in the shower, the bathroom tiles did not appear clean, and the carpet had crumbs. The hotel’s condition even if it had been clean was very old and mediocre at best - not worth the price they were charging at nearly $200 a night. Add in the dirty room and it was certainly not worth the money. There are many hotels...

「When I found where my room was located, I would have had to walk through a narrow walkway surrounded by construction materials and past some guy peeing in the bushes near the entrance of the walkway. I demanded another room elsewhere. Most of the room was shabby but clean - except for the one chair that was stained. In order to sit in it, I used a bathroom towel to cover it. By the way, at 8am when I went to get some of the free breakfast that was advertised, there was only a couple of old...

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」

「The motel is beautiful and clean, however the staff have VERT bad attitudes and they don't know their correct information to give guests. I called and spoke with the manager and she had a very bad attitude and acted ghetto. She was VERY unprofessional and because of this I will not spend my money their again.」

「we had an issue with housekeeping on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay when she took all towels and did not replenish and left the trash cans on the desk and counter, then another time i ran into her in the morning to find out what time she would be coming in to clean, she stated around 4pm but she never cleaned it. I addressed it with front desk and manager and was assigned a new housekeeper who did a wonderful job from 4th-8th day of our stay.」
