This adequate, budget-friendly apartment featured newer furnishings in a dated, aging apartment that left opportunities for a full rehab on the table. Prompt dialog with the property manager was helpful, though ongoing discussions with him and Vrbo customer service did not resolve my concerns during my five-night stay. I would not recommend the space for a quiet-seeker; last call at the abutting karaoke bar brought a cast of characters within earshot of a bedroom window.
