Great views and location, nice space.

A nice, clean space, easy to inhabit. Spectacular views, and great locale near Rainey St., the Royal Blue market around the corner, one block to the river walk. The bar/cafe downstairs is a nice resource to grab a beer or coffee. Would stay there again.

Great condo with outstanding amenities within walking distance of a CL. Close to walking paths and lake. Food trucks right around the corner for late night dining. Great gym and great pool area.

Staff was wonderful, felt more like staying at a hotel. Very helpful, friendly. View was amazing, place very clean, modern, and comfortable. Very good coffee shop on the first floor that serves beer/wine/cider/cocktails later in day. Close to downtown action on Rainey Street, as well as the walk along the river. Would book again next time I'm in Austin.

We had a wonderful time at Natiivo. The building amenities are great. And the staff were always very friendly, knowable, and efficient at helping us. During reservation we got prompt and timely responses and information. At the front desk there was always people ready to help. The valet parking was excellent, and their staff very attentive, respectful and willing to help. We certainly would love to come back.

The perfect place for a weekend in Austin

All perfect. Communication and service was very good. The location is perfect so that you can walk to several important points in Austin. The condo was in perfect condition and very clean, even though it does not have a view of the town, it still fears a relaxing view.
