Cool and Convenient

Amazing stay in the heart of Austin!

Stayed here for a long weekend with my sisters and loved it! The rooftop pool was perfect, and location was great for heading to dinner and getting in outdoor activity along the trail and water. Highly recommend!

Amazing Austin Skyline View!

This unit had an amazing view of the skyline, great bar/coffee shop downstairs! Comfortable. Bacalar and Rainey Street (plus Royal Blue gourmet grocery) right around the corner. Lots of construction, but that’s true everywhere. Unit had missing door in Primary bedroom, some dirty wine glasses, rugs with some dog hair but crew was very responsive.

Perfect place in Austin!

We were so happy with everything this condo offered. The location was amazing for a short weekend trip. The building was absolutely wonderful (coming from someone that typically prefers hotels over vacation homes). I loved the coffee bar + bar/lounge. The staff were all amazing, too. The actual condo had a beautiful view, comfortable beds (but terrible pillows - we tried to get replacements but never did), and all of the space we needed for two couples. We were a short walk to the running path by the lake and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. It was clean, had an additional floor fan for the master bedroom, a couple of espresso pods, and small shampoo/conditioner. I'd absolutely stay here again and use Vacasa again.

Austin did not disappoint. The condo was clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed. Building was safe and secure. The condo did not have the telescope as shown in the picture, which was disappointing. And there is a lot of outside noise, so not very soundproof.

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay, just wish early check-in wasn't so difficult. I received an email and txt msg saying early check-ins were available, if the property was clean and ready. I was then told this property didn't allow early check-ins when I contacted Vacasa. This was very frustrating considering it was a travel nightmare (canceled flights, inclement weather etc) just to get to ATX. In the end, we were finally able to check-in @ 2pm, which I was grateful for, however this was after sitting in the lobby for hours. Also, I was surprised that check-out was so early (10am). When I requested a late check-out, I had to pay $50. I thought that was pretty ridiculous. All in all, we really enjoyed the property, but the check-in and check-out process could be improved imo. If that doesn't bother you, I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The view from the balcony was the best. We spent much of our down time on the balcony watching the sun go down or boats on the river. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy family. Loved it!

Austin Girls Trip

This condo was AMAZING! We were happily greeted in the lobby with a friendly Vacasa staff and a luxurious resort smell in the air. The Condo was very clean, trendy with amazing views! Our group loved sitting on the porch and enjoyed the quick walk to Rainey Street! Can't wait to come back and visit again soon!
