Nice neighborhood - close to UT/Moody

Short visit - in town with family for UT graduation. Near Moody Center. Nice, clean place. Nice neighborhood - was just around the corner for a nice restaurant.

Lovely well proportioned property. 2 bedrooms upstrairs with bathroom in between with a large master suite on the gound floor. Walk in dressing room in huge. Good location near central Austin as well as access to nearby highways and freeways. Well aportioned kitchen and public rooms.Easy drive from the airport to the house. Drive way entrance is bit narrow being accessed from a lane.Overall great stay in a quiet neighbourhood. Would recommend

Austin Family Vacation

We came to see our son, a UT student. This property was perfect for us in size, location and amenities. The cowboy pool provided us entertainment for our “chill” day! Very clean and updated.

Perfect Location + Secluded Vibe

We were in Austin for a work trip that required us to be at the UT Baseball stadium. This property was a great location! So close (walking distance) to a few local restaurants that were tasty! The property was incredibly clean and the cowboy pool was in great condition-a fun addition to a city stay. The house faces a secluded (but safe) alley and it feels so tucked away and secure. There are even some cute pugs at the school next door that you can see every once in a while when they’re looking for food. Communication with the host was clear and efficient. We also LOVED that the checkout list was so simple- no requests for doing laundry or running the dishwasher like many other places. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Four adults and one baby did well at this rental. Owner was flexible with check-in and check-out. Clean house with no issues. Would stay with them again.

Great house centrally located

We had a great stay at this house. Very clean and comfortable furniture. Reid was a great host and very responsive. The front yard could use a bit of upkeep, but otherwise this was a perfect property for a long weekend with family.

Quiet and secluded duplex

No complaints. It's a duplex but enters from a quiet alley so we never saw the other residents. Property was clean and the beds comfortable.

Nice comfortable house rental

This rental did provide all that we needed but have to say too many cabinets that do not hold anything. Beds very comfortable. Locating this house could prove a bit difficult if finding in the dark. Would stay here again!

Great stay! The only issue was the property being a duplex. I was under the impression it was a stand alone house. We had a loud neighbor on the adjoining wall. The owner quickly handled our concern with the other renter.

Great location and a very nice property. All the amenities for a family.

3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a full kitchen and washer/dryer made our stay in Austin very enjoyable. Location was great - right next to downtown, the Capitol and UT. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Great house, lots of room, comfy beds, great communication. Stayed for a week to visit with family. Has everything you need. My only complaint it takes awhile to get hot water.

Perfect!

Loved this house and the location was great. We walked to the UT stadium for a game. The house is very private and had lots of space. Will stay there again.
