Place worked great as home base for a Thanksgiving trip to see family in the area, no complaints. Stayed with my wife, toddler, and baby. Had plenty of space for all of us and everything we needed (brought our own pack'n'plays). Host is a good communicator, instructions for check-in and check-out were easy peasy.

We were in town for Austin F1 and had an amazing experience. The house was clean, the AC rocked and the beds were comfy. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet and the property is well situated to be near the city without dealing with the chaos of a busy weekend in the city. Rick, the host, was also awesome with communication and check in/ out was extremely smooth. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, great communication

This is a cute home, had most everything we needed. Location was great for us. We really enjoyed our stay overall. Fyi, the listing reads as 2 toilets and 2 tub/showers (as in 2 full bathrooms). However, there's only 1 tub/shower combo that is shared by the 2 half bathrooms- those 3 shared rooms are in an "L" shape off of the hall and the master bedroom, each room has 2 doors. This ended up being ok for us, however for up to 6 people to share one shower could be a problem. Cons - The window blinds in the front bedrooms are see-through at night when the light is on, so a privacy issue with neighbors/road so close. Cleanliness was not a strong point as far as the floors & dishes; host promises to improve for future guests.Pros- The host was always available & was nice, had no issues communicating. The neighborhood was quiet & felt safe. Cute and comfortable home. We would definitely stay there again.
