Lovely cottage, great location

We loved the cottage; it is located behind the owner's home. So, lots of privacy. It had everything we needed for a visit to Austin to celebrate a birthday.

Great bungalow in excellent location

Modern, well equipped bbq with nice garden space and good amount of privacy considering owners are just there. Large space for the pup. Walking distance to barton springs and green areas. Greay stay

Great spot close to everything

I had a great stay here on two occasions. The first was 8 nights and the second was 12 nights. I had my dogs for some of it and the place is clean, new with a great yard that my dogs loved. Lots of activity in the area on weekends especially and close walk to Barton springs pool. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Austin at this wonderful house. The yard is a large size and the house is located in a quiet area. The house is very new and beautifully designed. I appreciated the owner providing essentials like shampoo, conditioner and coffee!

Quiet, residential oasis central to everything

This property is beautiful! Beds were very comfortable, as was the furniture. This place was well stocked and had a great backyard area. We would definitely stay here again.
