Misleading Listing
We arrived to the rundown apartment complex, broke down cars, overgrown weeds and brush and trash all over. The security codes they gave for entry were unnecessary as all the gates were open or broken. Upon entering the apartment, it was obvious the listing was not as the pictures had shown. The floor is damaged and lifting, the paint on the walls is scrapped up in many places, the counters were sticky, and windows dirty. Outside the sliding door had very tall weeds and a broken fence. We did not feel safe staying at this property and messaged the owner requesting a refund as we did not disturb the apartment at all but they declined. We did not end up staying at this property, we were in there all of 5 minutes and were still declined the refund. My fault for not reading the reviews well as it looks as if others have had a similar experience.

Stay in Austin
Overall, convenient location, property management has outstanding communication. The apartment itself is super cute and modern and not bad for a couple days, would highly encourage. I ran into many issues, however management did their best to accommodate me. Mother Nature took its toll and affected my stay. Check it out if you’re visiting Austin and want to be close to everything.

The location was perfect for our stay. The unit was very clean and pet friendly. The amenities that were provide was very nice and convent. We will definitely stay again when we are visiting family in Austin.

We rented this for back surgery recovery. All facilities were adequate for what we needed. Loved the location. HEB was 1/2 mile down the street, close to my rehab, gas stations, Walgreens. Property manager was absolutely the best!! Immediately on top of all communications. She would check in to make sure issues were handled

Nice for Austin stay
Property was fine. Pretty clean. One pillow case seemed to have red stains on it, which was kinda yucky. Bed and bathroom had a few leftover hairs which is kinda gross too. I don't like the communal soap/shampoo/etc., but I had brought my own and purchased soap at store. There were dishes in dishwasher when we arrived which seemed strange. The curb appeal is definitely a bit scary, but our unit was fine. It was quiet there and met our needs for the stay. Price was hard to beat.
