Enjoy the outdoor sanctuary complete with a pool, outdoor shower, deck, and turfed yard that sits under a canopy of lush trees. Each of the 3 King bedrooms also has its own private patio.

The Holly Hideout is a 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom oasis with a spacious deck, pool, outdoor shower, chef’s kitchen, and several outdoor hangout spaces.

Living & Dining - Decked out with stylish art, books, games, a super deep couch, and XL dining table, you may never want to leave. Features a Samsung Frame TV with Netflix and HBO and Sonos speakers + sub.

Outdoors - Enjoy the Austin sunshine with a spacious pool, outdoor shower, and recently rebuilt deck and turfed yard perfect for at-home yoga sessions. Features a propane grill.

Bedroom 1 - The Primary: Enjoy a king-sized Purple mattress with Parachute linens and Garza Marfa robes. Features a dedicated workspace, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private patio with a dining set.

Bedroom 2 - The Blue Room: Enjoy a king-sized Purple mattress with Parachute linens and Garza Marfa robes, plus and a private patio with a luxe lounger perfect for catchups over morning coffee.

Bedroom 3 - The Pink Room: Enjoy a king-sized Purple mattress with Parachute linens and Garza Marfa robes, plus your own private patio.
The Bunk Room - Features 1 King bed, 3 Twin beds, and 1 trundle — all with Parachute linens – plus a desk. Each bed was custom crafted for privacy and functionality, including bedside lights and charging ports in each bunk.

Kitchen - Get cooking in a fully outfitted chef’s kitchen complete with a blender, mini food processor, hand mixer, and all the cooking tools you need.

Work Space - The house has high-speed wifi, two rooms have desks, and there are several additional spaces to set up your laptop and dial in.

Kid-Friendly - A pack-and-play and high chair is available for use, upon request.
