Chill weekend!

Met a group of friends here and it was an excellent place to stay rather than in hotels. The hot tub was great to relax in.

Spring break

Great location in a quiet neighborhood . Very nice house with plenty of bedrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Great big backyard for yard games.

Simply the Best

My husband and I had a wonderful stay this past weekend. The house is beautiful! Every room is very well put together and A+ clean. Communication with the Property Manager was great! We are looking forward to returning this summer if possible and staying a lot longer.

Amazing place close to wineries

We came into town to enjoy the 290 / Fredericksburg wine trail and this property was the perfect home base! We enjoyed the quick 16m drive to the first winery, and they even have connections to local wine tour transportation. From there, the wineries are less than 5 min drives to the next one and an easy drive back! The house itself is so well designed and appointed. It had all the amenities it lists & host communication was great

Blanco Bliss

Nice cozy home in Blanco, Tx right down the street from the river. Even though the home looks average they have made the most out of the space with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, newly redesigned and a laundry room/ extra bedroom. Hot tub is fully functioning, with a lighted gazebo next to it and Blackstone grill. Spacious backyard and very private. Enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this property for those looking to get away to the Texas hill country.

Family Getaway

The area was quiet and the house was clean. We only stayed one night to see the Johnson City lights and shopped in Fredericksburg. It had enough bedrooms for 8 people. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. There is a step down going to the pantry and a high door threshold. FYI The fifth bedroom was a converted garage with its own entrance. There was no bathroom so you had to go outside to the main house. It was a nice stay, close to a lovely bakery just a few min away. Thank you for letting us stay at your house.

Cozy river trip stay

Had a great experience with the property and the management staff that were addressing small concerns throughout the stay. All amenities were as advertised. We would all stay in any of their properties again. Had a great vacation here.

Great location & house

The house was really spacious for our large group but cozy enough for a couples trip. The backyard was really nice and perfect for evenings hanging out with family with the grassy areas, corn hole, covered dining, firepit and spa! All the towels and soaps were great. 10/10 would definitely come back!
