"One of the best modern hotel rooms in Austin was the one controlled by an iPad; the bed was firm, the pillows were the right height, the restroom was clean with a modern toilet, and the shower systems were the latest technology.
Some complaints I have are below:
1. While doing your business in the restroom, the ventilation was able to remove all the small. Maybe the restroom fan needs more power.
2. Some food marks were present on the comfy chair inside the room. I think some kid wiped their hands on the fabric, and the housekeeping staff is not trained to clean it.
3. The rooms are extremely small for a king-size bed. I don't envision a 4-member family staying in such a small room.
4. The guest restroom in the lobby didn't have trash picked up, and instead the cleaning crew put the entire trash bag inside the hand tissue receptacle in the men's room, which was very unsightly and very unprofessional.."
