Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including the two bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, kitchen, and outdoor space. You’ll also have access to parking directly in front of the house.

Please note: This property is a duplex, and you will have access to the upper unit. Reaching the front door requires climbing a flight of stairs. No cancellations or refunds will be issued due to these factors, as it is the guest’s responsibility to review the house rules before booking.

Check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM.
Want to settle in early or sleep in a little longer? Early check-in and late check-out are available when possible for a small extra fee—just ask!

We ask that only registered guests visit the property, unless you check with us first. Out of respect for all our guests and neighbors, we don’t allow parties or large gatherings unless approved in advance. We do have a noise monitor and a camera at the front door to help keep things safe and serene.
