Evoking the feeling of a grand hotel and with almost 4000 square feet of living space, this stunning home is a beautiful blend of indoor luxury and outdoor entertaining with plenty of room to relax. The fully fenced back yard features a beautiful pool, lounging ledge and spa for your enjoyment. The property is ideal for family gatherings, multi sport camps (open water swim at barton springs, running on the town lake trail and easy access to bike routes), corporate retreats, music and coding collaborations and movie/advertising shoots.
The fabulous home sits on a quarter-acre lot just minutes away from Zilker Park, Barton Springs, Rainey Street, Moody Center, Austin City Limits, The University of Texas, Q2 Stadium and downtown Austin. Professionally designed and appointed with beautiful furnishings, this magnificent space offers four bedrooms -- three bedrooms in the main house plus a one bedroom/one bath attached casita. The home is perfect for multiple family use and sleeps 8 people.
The primary bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, two large closets, huge windows with motorized shades and beautiful views. Attached is a luxurious bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and an enormous jacuzzi tub. Upstairs you will also find a wonderful living space, two additional bedrooms with queen sized beds, plenty of closet space and another bathroom with a dual sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. Also, don't miss spending part of your day relaxing on the beautiful upstairs deck with comfortable seating and beautful views.
On the same property there is an attached casita with a private entrance that features another king bedroom and large ensuite bathroom.
