House Rules
To help us provide every guest with a five-star experience, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:
• No smoking, vaping, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or illegal drugs anywhere on the property (inside or outside). Evidence of smoking, vaping, or drug use will result in a fine of $250.
• No pets are allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 fee, and we reserve the right to require the reservation to end immediately without a refund if this policy is violated.

Guest access
• You have full access to the house besides the cleaners closet.

Quiet Hours
• To help us maintain a great relationship with our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please keep outdoor conversations, music, and other noise to a respectful level during these hours. Parties, events, amplified music, and excessive noise are not permitted at any time.
• Failure to observe quiet hours or repeated noise complaints may result in additional fees, termination of the reservation, and/or removal from the property without a refund.

Outdoor Amenities
• For the safety of all guests, children and infants must be accompanied and under the direct supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times when in the backyard and while using any outdoor amenities, including the pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge, and sauna.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
• We understand that travel plans can vary! Please contact us in advance for approval prior to arrival or departure, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

• Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs may result in additional fees. Guests who remain on the property beyond their approved check-out time without prior authorization may be charged $100 per hour (or any portion thereof) to help cover schedule disruptions and impacts to incoming guests.

Security
• For the safety of our guests and property, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras only to monitor entry points. Cameras are located at:

There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor relaxation areas.
