“Beautiful spot”

“We enjoyed a week at Artemis Cynthia resort. The apartment was clean and a good size. The pools were lovely and quiet. Check in was easy and the free parking helpful. We walked down to the harbour and to the old town - fine for us but a mile ISH so may put some off. Hot water was an issue (lack of) and the beds weren't great (reported on day 1 but no action or solution offered ). Overall, recommended. ”

“We stayed with family of four. Hotel is in a nice new building so everything is in very good condition. Small pool and terrace in the roof really nice. Location is walking distance from the marina and old town. Easy to get to other parts by car. ”

“The property is more of a residential building with 3 floors of hotel rooms and whilst the standard of furnishing and the hotel ambience is 5 star the facilities I wouldn't say are. The pool area is really nice but the raised infinity pool means you can't see it from the sunbeds. Also although described as having a poolside bar and restaurant this wasnt staffed during our stay and staff didnt check on you so this meant going to reception if you wanted or needed anything. On the whole i couldnt……

“The apartment was large and clean with good amenities. The only downside was very poor quality mattress (you could hear and feel the springs) and a rather small shower with a curtain that was too long and would frequently block the plug hole. As a minor point the apartments was lacking some basic 'comfort' touches like more cushions and lamps (as only had main bulbs in room so was either full light or no light). Overall was very good value for money, would be excellent if they replaced the……

“Had a lovely stay at the villa. The host was extremely friendly, quick to reply, and flexible with our checkout as the property was empty after us, which we really appreciated. The villa had everything we needed and was spacious, though could benefit with a bit of updating in places. This didn't detract from our stay at all. The pool was clean and we had plenty of sun loungers and chairs to enjoy the sun. We paid extra for aircon on in the bedrooms as felt it was needed at night. As others have……

“We have been several times now to this villa. You can tell a perfect villa by how many returning guest use it. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from the normal tourist area of Paphos, excellent selection of restaurants, many family run, you have to look no further then this villa. Easy to visit anywhere on the island. Barbara and her team make it a perfect place to relax and at hand to help with suggestions of places to eat , visit and make your holiday one to remember. “Die Hausbesitzer hatten für unser erstes Frühstück eingekauft. Sehr lobenswert und mitgedacht, da wir erst spät Abends ankamen. Ein Schlauch im Garten (der auch die Küche mit Wasser versorgte) war eines Tages undicht. Wir haben Bescheid gegeben und 1 Stunde später wurde alles repariert. Die Hausbesitzer hatten auf unser Nachfragen einige Zettel (für unsere Abreise) ausgedruckt. Sehr zuvorkommende und nette Besitzer.”

“Nice property. Clean and quality furnishings. Could do with more non gambling activities e.g only one bar and two restaurants available (one of which was closed on Monday). Also a bit remote for those without a car”

“I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……
