Great location overlooking the main canal, with great soundproofing so our stay was quiet and relaxed. Accommodation spacious and comfortable with good cooking facilities if you wanted them. Claudia gave us a very useful map and good ideas of what to see and how to get there. We particularly enjoyed the trip on the bus out to Costa Nova on a lovely sunny day. Highly recommended.

The place is so beautiful! Brand new and clean. Great location close to the Canal and restaurants and shops. The owners were very helpful, giving us a map with a description of a walking tour plus where all the amenities are. They made sure we were able to use the key pad and the electronic key. Claudia e o Pedro foram excelentes anfitriões e muito prestáveis em tudo. Reservei através da Expedia e recebi uma vantagem por ser membro. Werkelijk verbluffend goed gebouwd en ingericht appartement in het centrum op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. De volledig ingerichte keuken, de vele kastruimte, echt álles was áf. Our stay here in Aveiro was great. The room was amazing. Equipped to stay for weeks. The kitchen had everything you could want. The room was very modern and had a great view. Only downside is that you are right above a main road. The first night was very quiet but the second had a lot of motorcycles. I would definitely stay her again. It’s a beautiful room. In great location.

This is an excellent property, bigger than a hotel, with more amenities, and so close to everything. We could walk where we wanted and always felt safe when we got home late. The staff was super friendly and communication was perfect. We will be coming back here when we stay I Aveiro!
