Loved that it was right across the street to the beach. Had great amenities like beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for kids, and also had bikes. Also had homemade pies every night also had ice cream and coffee 24/7 available. All staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was great had coffee, pastries, and egg bacon casserole.

Loved the breakfast on the sundeck. Breakfast staff was very helpful. The barista was great as she was super helpful. Reading on the sundeck in the late afternoon was great and secluded after time on the beach in the morning.

The staff are super friendly, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the location is unbeatable. The hotel is steps from the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. While there's no AC, the fresh ocean breeze keeps the rooms completely comfortable. Between breakfast on the sun deck and the yummy evening pie with ice cream, this place is hard to beat. Highly recommended!

The location was wonderful. Right on beach, perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast (included) on roof lounge was delicious and made even better with ocean view! Property is eclectic…. rooms a little dated but clean and comfortable. Ramps, stairs everywhere, which was not a problem for us, but could be for some. Pie and ice cream at night was appreciated! 2 night stay.

Fantastic spot for a weekend on the beach. So fun. Great breakfast included on the roof each morning with a million dollar view. The pie in the evenings was delicious and fun. Ice cream available in the lobby 24/7!!!! :) they gave us beach chairs boogy boards beach cruisers. Everything we needed! The staff were very nice

The absolute best views, amazing rooms, delicious breakfast and made to order specialty coffee and the helpfulness and kindness of the manager, Alton is the cherry on top. Everyone who works here is courteous. We will be back!

This hotel offers amazing views and delicious food. We enjoyed the pie and ice cream every night. However, the room was very run down, many things were broken, and there were bugs everywhere. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 20 years and I was shocked to see it in this condition. The staff did mention that they were going to remodel soon. I sure hope the hotel returns to the amazing hotel I remember from years ago.

This place is amazing!!! Warm pie and ice cream at night! Breakfast and Lattes in the morning on the rooftop overlooking the ocean for free!! Bikes for free -- we ride Bob Jones trail. Employees are incredible!! Is right acres the street from the beach. Rooms were great --we had a jucuzzi tub-- we will be back!!
