“Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! ”

“The property is secure and there is an elevator. My room was very clean and had everything a traveller would need, including a complete kitchen. I was there in late fall and the heating system worked very well. The bathroom was modern and quite clean and there was plenty of room in the shower. The host was very helpful and her suggestion regarding where to eat breakfast was a good one. The host also provided a great deal of practical information regarding what you might need in Siracusa. Many of the staff spoke English very well and the others understood our broken Italian well when we attempted to practice our Italian. My wife has celiac disease and they catered to her gluten free diet for breakfast. We stayed there during her birthday and they presented her with a gluten free walnut and chocolate cake they made themselves and sang happy birthday to her.……

“It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast.... But all these good qualities are offset by a lack of maintenance of its facilities (shower head that seems like breaking down and keeps leaking water from its handle, air conditioner that shuts itself down within 30 mins of operation...) . Le domaine est absolument somptueux : terrain immense, grande piscine, chambres confortables et petit point pour le portail à l’entrée qui est d’une grande élégance. “We arrived at 1:00pm and got our room immediately. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was delicious and with big varieties. Service in the breakfast was very good. We liked this hotel and would definitely come back.”

“ The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage……

“Lovely little place in the heart of Noto. You need to have a car to get to the beach, I'm not sure if there's buses running. Parking is also very difficult, it took us an hour to park the car as both car parks full and no on street parking.”
