“You truly can't beat the location—just steps from the boardwalk and less than two minutes until your toes hit the sand! The cottage is adorable, spotless, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing beach escape. Despite being so close to the action, it's incredibly quiet—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.Jane and Mark were wonderfully welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Jane even went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in when we couldn’t……

“So I've grown up in this area and came back from my niece's wedding and my husband and I decided to stay for the month. The rental is amazingly charming. There's plenty of space and it was very clean. We enjoyed meeting Peter for check-in and it felt like we were already at home. We love sitting on the back deck and watching the boats go by, and there's so much room to enjoy your time there! The air conditioning worked great and we also enjoyed going out to the dock and fishing and even met what……

“Property was clean, 1 block from beach, and off street parking (although tight but appreciated!). We were supplied beach badges, bedding and a few towels. Enclosed yard with picnic tables, outdoor shower and grill. LOVED our stay and will be back next year!”

“This house was perfect for our party of 8 — 2 couples and 4 adult kids. Having the living areas on the middle floor, with the bedrooms above and below, made for a great compromise between privacy and togetherness. We lacked for nothing, the kitchen was especially well supplied, and communication prompt and friendly. (We bought tension rods to rig a curtain for the skylight over the upstairs bed — but that was the only adjustment we had to make for comfort.) ”

“Location Location Location. This place is great!! 2 blocks from the end of the boardwalk. Property was super clean!! Only downside is parking can be a little tough to find at times. Overall I give this place a 5 star!! Also the host Micheal was super responsive with any questions we had!!!”

“Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.”

“While surprisingly far away from Asbury Park, location turned out great for departure Tuesday morning. Best feature was three bedrooms, so couple could have one room, and each teen could have another. Also great: two bathrooms. Not air conditioned, but fans adequate this late in season, plus close to ocean. Was hard to figure out parking. Having ginger ale as well as water in fridge a nice touch. But no pillow cases on pillows, just shams. Even after we called to inquire, the "welcomer" said he……

“The house was great, very open allowing us to comfortably spread out after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio is great plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. Location was a short walk to the beach not difficult at all to cross 35 to get there!!”
