"Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t."

"There was plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked. The views from the decks were absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed being able to fish off the dock, using the kayaks, and riding the bikes around the neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay! "

"This house is the first one to have good beds and I have been coming here for the past 10 yrs. I marked them down a star only because there was sand in my bed. The bathrooms however were great. Usually the shower curtains are molding but these were in great shape. To say this house is equipped is an understatement. This house absolutely has anything at all you would ever need in the kitchen. The location is one house from the ocean and the views are fantastic. You can even see the ocean while working in the kitchen. That’s a win in my books. They responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again. "
