Nice location and clean condo

The location was as advertised. Very easy to access the slopes and surrounding areas of Avon/ Beaver Creek. Condo was a good size and had everything we needed. We would book again in the future.

Dated but clean

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carpet in the bathroom Is a bit weird. Kitchen is minimally equips. Furniture and decor from 1980ish. Needs a re-fresh but it is clean and functional.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furnishings and appreance of the condo are dated. If I hadn't received the family discount, I would have been disappointed with my overall experience. The location doesn't have ski lockers, which means that each time I left the condo to ski and came home, my family and I had to lug all out gear to and from the 5th floor. There is a physical key that must be dug from our pockets, while holding our ski stuff, to physically be put in the lock to access the hallway from the elevator and then again to access our condo. It would have been much easier if electronic keys were used through our pockets to unlock doors. The property is a fair walking distance from the slopes. The gondola ride to the close base is fine, but the main base is a shuttle ride away. There is no hot tube onsite, rather a 3-5 minute walk outside and $15/day/pp. We did enjoy the restaurants in the building and a Walgreens/grocery store were also close for easy access to extras. In our opinion, the cost of the property was too high for not being updated, no hot tub and a walk to the gondola.

Other than Climate Change, this place is perfect!

The property was found to be as described in its listing. Clean, central location, good view, affordable and very spacious. However, Climate Change has made this property (& 99% of similar properties in the area) almost unlivable due to the heat during the heart of Summer. 99% of the properties listed do not have air conditioning. There were some fans included in the closets, but they struggled to maintain any level of comfort. Mid 80's high temperatures never broke for the week we stayed and prevented any chance of providing a truly comfortable environment. Thank you Climate Change. And the design & layout of the property likely prevents adding window units to compensate for the high temperatures. Finally, due to the age of the property, there were several units undergoing heavy remodeling which was very noisy at times; however, they were polite enough to wait until 8am to begin the days work.

The place had everything we needed with the restaurant’s and stores so close. So much so we didn’t really explore the town. Ski. Drink/Eat. Sleep. Repeat.

Spacious Condo Near BC Base

We stayed here with our kids. We had lots of room for the older kids to spread out and have some privacy. Having the kitchen was great too. You can walk to the Riverfront Gondola, but do note it is a little more trouble to get to the other side of the mountain where the kids ski school. No big deal, but took some figuring out to get the logistics. This condo was very clean. Others comment about it being outdated. Listen, this is a great location, with three bedrooms, lots of space and kept CLEAN! Those are my top priorities! Thanks for a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Conveniently located near the Riverfront Express Gondola (3 min walk with gear on). All the bus routes stop at this location (backside of the building - Avon Station). Great if you want to take the bust to shop or eat at Beaver Creek Village or if you’re flying in and out of Eagle County and catch the bus to Avon Station.No complaints to speak of. While the unit is very dated, it was exceptionally clean. Very spacious and quiet. Amenities within the unit are adequate. Ice maker didn’t appear to work or wasn’t hooked up...I simply picked up a bag of ice from the liquor store.Venture Sports is right next to the elevator on the first floor - great staff! Use Epic Pass for a discount. Several restaurants to choose from (we ate at Bob’s and Ticino, both were very good). Even the Taco Truck on the way to the gondola was great. City Market is close by (Kroger) and the prices were very reasonable if not surprisingly low. Liquor store has an impressive selection and is right next to the ski rental shop. Prices were slightly marked up, but not out of line.This unit is on the 5th floor (elevator is close by and was always available). We did no use the laundry facilites, but they are co-located with the elevators (I think the washer was $1.75/load so bring plenty of quarters if you plan to wash clothes). Trash chute is there as well. Parking is underneath the building or outside if you have more than one vehicle. For large SUVs the parking deck is tight, but sufficient.Would stay again.

Review of beaver creek condo

Reviewer Comments: We had a good time There were a few disappointing things We rented the condo for the weekThere’s a washer and dryer on our floor, but there was no change machineThe person handling the front desk told me there was a bank a block awaySo I went to the bank and got quarters—and to the drug store to get detergent However, when I got back—I found that the washer and dryer was broken and not workingI suppose I could have used a different washer and dryer somewhere else in the building, but the key access only allowed access to our floor and the front desk was closed the whole time we were there, although you could call one number and a person would usually answer There are no laundromats in beaver creek so I ended up going to the closest one I could find which was in west vailThe condo had no thermostat If it did, we couldn’t find it and the rooms had different temperatures —the middle bedroom was frequently pretty coldOne night we heard a loud rapping on the door —around dinner time—and it was 2 firefighters telling us that having a fire in the building was unsafe for some reason One morning around 6am—the fridge started making this incredibly loud sound which Is hard to describe although i did record it so maintenance could hear itI pulled the fridge back from behind the wall and it stoppedMaintenance came and said it probably just needed some lubrication He then sprayed something that smelled like WD-40 on the rear of the fridgeThe sound was much more intermittent after that point but it made the kitchen smell like an oil change shop for about another 24 hours We did have a really good time otherwise Would not rent a condo there again though

The room needs repairs and is generally run down. I noticed repairs had been made with tape in the kitchen. Cable package was differs from others room. A down grade at full price.

Beaver Creek stay

The property was perfect for my son and me. We had plenty of space, everything was clean and we were close to all of the restaurants in Avon. Probably a five minute drive to the slopes.

Great Space; Convenient Access

The 3 bed/ 3 Bath Condo Unit was very conveniently located to all Amenities & Ski Lift Area Access with easy transportation Access to Vail Amenities. While the Unit is Very Spacious & accommodating; it could use a Little Cosmetic & Electronics (TV's) Updating. Still Highly Recommend Booking this Unit. Pricing was Very Fair.
