Located just a 1-minute walk to the Riverfront Gondola, you’ll be on your way to Beaver Creek Mountain in moments, and a free shuttle makes it easy to explore Vail Ski Resort just minutes away.
In the warmer months, enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, or swimming at Nottingham Lake, just a quick stroll from your door. Looking for a cultural outing? The Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is only a 14-minute drive and features an incredible lineup of concerts and performances throughout the season.
Set in the heart of Avon, you’re surrounded by local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Start your day with a gourmet drink and mountain views at Loaded Joe’s, or explore the town’s one-of-a-kind dining options in the evening.
During your stay, take advantage of the Avon Recreation Center's close proximity. Day passes and multiple punch pass options are available for purchase. The center offers something for everyone, including a lazy river, pool, hot tub, and a full fitness center with a separate cardio room and aerobics area.
Inside the condo, you’ll find all the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, high-speed internet, in-unit laundry, and a private balcony with outdoor seating and views of the ski mountain—an ideal spot to unwind after a day of adventure.
Parking is located in a secured parking garage right on the property and this unit is allotted 2 vehicles per reservation.
Whether you're here for the slopes, the trails, or just some peaceful mountain downtime, this cozy condo is the perfect year-round base for your Colorado getaway.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
